1- Eligibility for Exchange
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with
all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are only available for the same or higher-value items
(with the price difference covered by the customer).
2- How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your
email/contact details].
Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item.
Once approved, return the item to our designated address (return
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange an exchange.
4- Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet
our policy conditions.
