SHIPPING POLICY

1- International Shipping

All international orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

2- Shipping Methods

We utilize reliable international shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The shipping methods available for international orders include: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

3- Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

4- Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
